Terms and conditions for the use of North Cray Company, LLC Web Site
- North Cray Company, LLC (referred herein as “North Cray Company, LLC”) provides access to our information technology (IT) systems to our customers (referred to here as “Customers”) and other parties (referred to here as “Other Parties”, who have an interest in the information published in our web sites.
- In order to use the North Cray Company, LLC IT systems, Customers and Other Parties must agree to abide by North Cray Company, LLC IT Policies, which are described in this document. These may be amended from time to time.
- Customer are provided with access to North Cray Company, LLC IT systems only for the purpose of accessing transactions and other information directly related to the services that North Cray Company, LLC is providing to the Customers. Other Parties are provided with access to North Cray Company, LLC IT systems only for the purpose of accessing transactions in which they are a participating party. Access to published information on North Cray Company, LLC web page is permitted as long as its access shall not constitute a violation of North Cray Company, LLC Confidentiality Policies and will not affect North Cray Company, LLC interests. The use of North Cray Company, LLC systems for any other purpose is prohibited.
- Each Customer or Other Party must appoint a contact person to act as a focal point for interactions with North Cray Company, LLC group. North Cray Company, LLC will send any communications regarding system access, new terms of use policies, and system maintenance announcements by e-mail to the contact person.
- User IDs are kept confidential and shall not be shared. Each person who needs access to the system must have his or her own user ID. This ensures better security for our customers data, and provides North Cray Company, LLC with an audit trail of each user action in the system.
- The Customers or Other Parties must notify North Cray Company, LLC if any employee (or contractor) who has access to North Cray Company, LLC IT systems leaves the organization, or if any person's duties change such that they will no longer require access to North Cray Company, LLC systems.
