When can I receive my order?
- Please allow 4 - 6 weeks for delivery. However, if we have the product available we may ship in 7 days. Please call our offices to check availability.
What are shipping and handling charges?
- Orders meeting size and weight requirements of parcel carriers will be shipped by parcel carriers. Orders requiring motor freight carrier handling will be shipped palletized and probably wood crated. All orders are shipped freight prepaid and charges added to your invoice unless otherwise requested. We guarantee that freight will be no more than 10% of the value of your order. In case the freight is more than 10% we will only bill you for 10% and we will absorb the difference.
What should I do if I receive damages or shortages?
- North Cray Company, LLC products are fully guaranteed and we will repair or replace any products that are not satisfactory to you without charge. As for damages due to transit, it is important to understand that we at North Cray Company carefully inspect and pack all orders before shipping. Therefore, we are not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during transit. However, if such damage occur, please save the carton and packing material and notify us immediately. We will replace or credit the damage and we will process the claim with the trucking company for you. It is imperative that you do not sign the BOL (Bill of Lading or Way Bill) as "freight free and clear" if visible damage appears on the cartons. You may notify us of the problem, send us a copy of the BOL along with a Claim Form correctly filed and we will process the claim for you.
