Before sending your order, we will need you to confirm the information of your order and the ship to address. Please return via fax signed the invoice enclosed. Please also sign our terms and conditions sheet and return it by fax to 800-621-0353 together with the payment option of your choice. All first operations will require prepayment. For future operations we will be able to offer a credit line. In order to open a credit line for you we will need you to submit a credit application. For prepayment, we offer you the following options: a) Credit card b) Wire transfer c) Check. If you take this option we will need you to fax the check before mailing it to 800-621-0353.
