Company, carefully inspect and pack all orders before shipping.
Therefore, we are not responsible for any loss or damage that might
occur during transit. If such loss or damage occurs, please save the
cartons and packing materials and notify the carrier immediately.
After they inspect they will provide the necessary forms to file a
claim.
If you
still want to file a claim with North Cray Company, you must retain
all cartons and packing material as received until our customer
service department give you further instructions. You must notify
our customer service department within 5 working days of receipt of
merchandise at 1-800-621-0353. You may also fill your claim
following the instructions on the main menu when you make your call.
You may fill and submit this form also. Otherwise, please fax this
form properly filled to 1-419-781-0871.

No returns, deductions, charge backs, adjustments, etc., will be accepted
by North Cray Company without prior authorization.
Please accept any variations in finish, color, design, etc., as the
natural beauty of these handmade products.
All efforts have been made to ensure that your packages will arrive
safely but damages do sometimes occur.
